第二届国际模拟法庭对抗赛开赛公告（12月10日、11日晚7时模拟法庭）

      pc大神28预测吧第二届国际模拟法庭对抗赛暨中美欧国际模拟法庭对抗赛系pc大神28预测吧与美国马里兰大学pc大神28预测吧和荷兰马斯特里赫特大学pc大神28预测吧联合举办的中美欧国际学生交流项目的活动之一，同时也是pc大神28预测吧学术节之pc大神28预测吧特色主题活动。此次赛事将于2008年12月10日、11日晚7时在中财大厦二层模拟法庭隆重开幕，原被告法定代表人、代理律师均由来自美国马里兰大学pc大神28预测吧、荷兰马斯特里赫特大学pc大神28预测吧、墨西哥科技大学pc大神28预测吧的部分学生与中国学生担任,法官分别由中外各pc大神28预测吧教授担任。

      模拟法庭因其形象生动在加强法科学生运用法学基础理论和法律分析能力上有着重大的意义。本次赛事更是有一系列的创新之处：

    

      全程赛事英文表述，    真实再现庭审现场。

      中外各方混合编队，    国际团队通力协作。

      著名教授律师主审，    孰是孰非当庭揭晓。

Ceremonious inauguration for The second session of Sino-Global INTERNATIONAL LAW Trial Competition

 

     Sino-Global International Law Trial Competition is sponsored by the Law School of the Central University of Finance and Economics, the School of Law of the University of Maryland, and the Faculty of Law of the University of Maastricht. The competition is one of the activities of “THE CUFE/MARYLAND/MAASTRICHT COLLABORATIVE LAW STUDENT EXCHANGE PROGRAM.”  It will be held in the Moot Court Room, the second floor of the CUFE Building this Wednesday and Thursday (10^th and 11^th, Nov. 2008).

       The legal representatives and the agents of plaintiff and defendant will be played by the participants of the Exchange Program from the School of Law of the University of Maryland, the University of Maastricht, Faculty of Law, Mexico Technology University, and Law School of CUFE. Professors from foreign law schools and Chinese law schools will compose a trial panel of judges.

      Because of the intense activity, the Moot Court makes significant contributions to strengthening law students’ ability both to apply and to analyze the law.

 

Highlights of the Competition:

    An authentic simulation of a court hearing;

    English spoken during the whole competition;

    Use of technical legal terminology;

    Mixed team of foreign and Chinese students;

    Extensive and concerted cooperation within international teams; 

    Judging by internationally renowned professors and lawyers;

    In-court pronouncement of the prevailing party.
