我院中美欧交流项目2013学年秋季学期第一阶段（8月-9月）课程将于8月9日正式开课。本阶段，项目共开设两门课程，
1. / 《中国法律体系介绍》
课程介绍：This seminar-style class explores the fundamental structure and operation of the Chinese legal system, aiming at offering a comprehensive perspective on the legal system in China and providing students with the basic training necessary to work with Chinese law on a deep and practical level. The course covers the historical development and prospects of the Chinese legal system, the different legal branches and its application; the relevant institutions responsible for the formation and application of law in China (and associated legislative and judicial processes), and related controversial issues of Chinese law, society and culture.
2.< law, corporate governance and financial development: a perspective of china> /《法律、公司治理与金融发展：中国视角》
课程介绍：This course will focus on unique aspects of P.R. China’s laws concerning its corporations and securities markets, such as the dominant role of state owned enterprise which possess special structures and governance. These afford a significant perspective to observe the complex interaction between the state and the market in the impressive evolution of economy and institution buildings in the past three decades in this populous country. Laws in other jurisdiction, especially the U.S., would also be used as a comparison.

我院中美欧国际学生交流项目始于2007年秋季学期。项目每年秋季学期接受美国、欧洲与其他国家的交流学生与我院交流项目学生一起在我院进行一个学期的英文课程学习。春季学期我院学生赴美国、欧洲等其他国家pc大神28预测吧交流学习。
